I needed IELTS to apply for a Master's programme in Germany, and Anel was recommended to me as an experienced IELTS preparation teacher. I passed on my first attempt, scoring an overall band 8.0, and was accepted into the Master's programme.

Like most school students, I had to take IELTS in Grade 12. My school prepared us for the exam, and I had no issues with listening and reading, but writing and speaking were more challenging for me. I didn't understand what to write in an essay or how to structure it properly. Before starting the course, I didn't even plan my essays — I would just start writing straight away, which sometimes caused me to lose focus. I had no problems with grammar or vocabulary; what I needed was a clear structure and an understanding of what was expected of me. I found all of this in the course, and after completing it I got enough practice and learned how to write essays to a plan. I would recommend this course to anyone who had the same struggles as I did, and I would advise writing as many essays as possible. In the end, I was accepted into Astana IT University, and essay writing continued to be useful even after IELTS — already at university.

Many of my fellow students had already studied with Anel, so I decided to give it a try as well. I was already studying in an English-medium programme at university and wanted to continue on to a Master's degree. My overall band score was 7.0. I still recommend this course and Anel as an experienced teacher to everyone I know.

I was preparing for IELTS in 2020 and my English was already at Intermediate level and above. I prepared for all parts independently, except for writing. There was too much information online, and everywhere had different structures — I lacked clear explanations and real examples. As it turned out, if you learn how to plan an essay and write arguments, everything else comes naturally. In this course, Anel taught me that it's not so much about how you write, but what you write. I realised that perfect grammar is not the key to success — you need to focus on meaning, delivery and argumentation. My overall band score in 2020 was 7.5. I now live and study in Germany, finishing my Master's degree. I recommend this course to everyone, and my advice is to write as many essays as possible and learn to analyse your own essays independently.

I have known Anel since 2017, and that was when I first started preparing for admission to a Master's programme at NUS (Singapore). The writing part of the IELTS exam turned out to be one of the most challenging sections, and what I appreciated was that Anel included only the most effective tasks — the course contained a great deal of practice, and with each essay I wrote, my skills improved. I took this course in 2019 and needed specifically an online option. I have known Anel since 2017 — my sister and I had already been studying English with her. When the question of applying abroad arose, I chose Canada and needed IELTS. Thanks to this course, I was accepted into George Brown College in Canada.
